About Rogers Renovation & Construction
Mission Statement
We build spaces that fit how families actually live, and we do it with the accountability that comes from being licensed, bonded, and insured on every job, every time.
Vision Statement
We Didn't Set Out to Be the Biggest. We Set Out to Be the One You Can Trust.
Rogers Renovation & Construction was built to close that gap. For 20 years, we’ve worked from a simple standard: do the job the way we’d want it done in our own home, be upfront about cost and timeline before a hammer ever swings, and stand behind the work long after the final invoice is paid.
We’re not the contractor who wins your business with the lowest bid and figures out the rest later. We’re the contractor who tells you the truth about what your project actually requires — even when that’s not the easiest thing to hear — because a homeowner who trusts us today is a homeowner who calls us again for the next project, and tells their neighbor about us too. That’s how we’ve grown for two decades, and it’s the only way we’re interested in growing.
How It Started
There was no marketing budget behind it, no big launch. Just a crew that showed up on time, communicated clearly, and left a job site cleaner than they found it.
Word spread the old-fashioned way. A kitchen remodel in one neighborhood led to a bathroom remodel two doors down. A room addition for one family led to a call from their cousin in the next city over. Over 20 years, that pattern repeated itself enough times to build a company that now serves homeowners, landlords, and property managers across the entire Southern California — Los Angeles, Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, San Diego, Winchester, French Valley, Perris, Moreno Valley, San Bernardino, Orange County, and Palm Springs area.
We still operate on that same principle today. Every estimate we write, every crew we send out, every material we choose is measured against one question: would we be proud of this if it were our own house?
What We Believe About Contracting
We believe a homeowner shouldn't need a construction background to feel confident hiring us.
Our job is to translate the technical side of construction into something you can actually understand and make decisions about.
We believe transparency prevents almost every bad contractor experience.
We believe licensing, bonding, and insurance aren't paperwork — they're protection.
We believe the best marketing is a job well done.

Who We Are Today
That matters more than most homeowners realize going in. When one company manages your kitchen electrical, your countertop installation, and your flooring, there’s a single point of accountability if a timeline slips or a detail needs adjusting. You’re not stuck playing referee between three different contractors, each blaming the other for a delay.
We serve three main groups of clients:
Landlords and property managers who need renovation work done efficiently, on budget, and to code, because unpermitted or poorly executed work on a rental property creates liability that can follow them for years.
Property owners building for the future — whether that’s an ADU designed to generate rental income or house a family member, or a ground-up new construction project on a vacant or underutilized lot.
Across all three, the standard doesn’t change. Licensed work. Honest estimates. Realistic timelines. Respect for your property and your time.
Licensed. Bonded. Insured. No Exceptions.
Being licensed means we’ve passed California’s contractor licensing requirements, covering building codes, safety regulations, and business law. It’s a baseline of competence the state requires before anyone can legally call themselves a general contractor here. You can verify our license directly with the state’s contractor licensing board before you ever sign a contract with us, and we encourage every homeowner to do exactly that — with us or with anyone else you’re considering.
Being bonded means there’s a financial safety net in place if a project isn’t completed as promised. It’s not something most homeowners think to ask about until they need it, and by then, it’s too late if the contractor they hired wasn’t bonded in the first place.
Being insured means our general liability and workers’ compensation coverage protects you, not just us. If a worker were injured on your property, or if property damage occurred during a project, you would not be the one left financially exposed. Homeowners who hire uninsured contractors often don’t realize the risk they’re personally taking on until something goes wrong.
Together, these three things aren’t a marketing checklist. They’re the difference between a contractor who’s accountable to you and one who isn’t.
Our Approach to Every Project
We listen before we quote
We give you the real number, and the real reasons behind it.
We manage the parts you shouldn't have to.
We build to last, not just to pass inspection.
We finish the way we started — with a conversation.
Why Homeowners Keep Coming Back
Landlords who trust us with one rental property renovation tend to bring us their next property too, because consistency matters more to them than chasing a slightly lower bid from an unfamiliar company.
That kind of relationship isn’t built through advertising. It’s built through two decades of finishing what we started, communicating honestly when things get complicated, and treating every home — whether it’s a single owner-occupied house or one property in a landlord’s portfolio — with the same level of care.
Our Commitment to You
- A genuinely free estimate with no pressure and no obligation
- Clear, itemized pricing instead of vague lump sums
- A licensed, bonded, and insured team accountable for the work
- Honest timelines, including realistic accounting for permitting and material lead times
- One point of contact managing your entire project, not a rotating cast of subcontractors
- Code-compliant construction built for Southern California’s climate and conditions
- Respect for your home, your family, and your daily routine throughout the project
- A final walkthrough where nothing is considered finished until you say it is
I started Rogers Renovation & Construction on a simple belief: that a contractor’s word should mean something. Over the past 20 years, I’ve built that belief into how we operate every single day. My commitment to you, whether you’re a longtime client or someone just discovering us for the first time, is that I will personally work to protect the integrity of this company — not just in the projects we complete, but in every conversation, every estimate, and every promise we make along the way.
That means delivering top-notch craftsmanship on every job, regardless of size. It means showing up with professionalism, respecting your home and your time. And it means never leaving you in the dark — I believe homeowners deserve real guidance and honest education about their renovation or construction project, not just a bid and a start date.
Twenty years in this industry has taught me that no two projects are identical, and things don’t always go as planned. I’ve faced unexpected challenges on job sites more times than I can count, and I’ve learned how to navigate them with honesty and a level head, so you never have to carry that stress alone.
This is more than a business to me. It’s a responsibility I take seriously — to build homes this community can be proud of, and to be the contractor families trust for every project that follows. That’s the mission behind everything we do, and it’s the vision I wake up to build toward each day.
Thank you for trusting us with your home.
